September 2, 2010 - Blue Streak Re-Opens Today!!
After months of restoration and fundraising work the ACE Roller Coaster Landmark Blue Streak roller coaster will run for the first time since 2006 on Thursday, September 2. There is a $3 per person per ride fee for the Blue Streak. Tickets will be sold at the regular ticket booth. Although the coaster is open again there is still work that needs to be done to keep it running for future summers. The Blue Streak will run during regular park operating hours for the Labor Day weekend. Park rides will also be operating during special event weekends in Sept and Oct (weather permitting). August 1, 2010 - Pepsi Refresh Project - Blue Streak Competing Again In August
After finishing at #15 for the month of July, the project to restore the Blue Streak at Conneaut Lake Park is once again in the running this month for a $50,000 grant from the Pepsi Refresh Project. Work has been going on all summer long to restore this classic coaster but more funds are needed to finish the project. Voting ends August 31. July 1, 2010 - Pepsi Refresh Project - Blue Streak
The project to repair & re-open the Blue Streak is competing with over 1000 other entries for a $50,000 grant from the Pepsi Refresh Project. Only the top 10 ideas will win. One vote can be submitted per email address every day. Voting ends July 31. There is no charge to register or vote. May 27, 2010 - CLP opens for summer this weekend
Conneaut Lake Park will open for another summer season this weekend. Most of the park rides will be running and there is live entertainment planned for the entire weekend. There will be a volleyball tournament on the beach on Sunday. Admission to the park is free and all-day ride passes are $15. There will be fireworks Sunday night at 10pm. July 4, 2009 - CLP water park open again.
Just in time for the 4th of July weekend the water park at CLP is open once again. Also making their 2009 debut are the Musik Express and Miniature Train. Rides will be open from 1pm-10pm Saturday and Sunday with fireworks Sunday at dusk on the Lake. For more information please visit the official CLP website HERE

May 22, 2009 - Park reopens today
After 2 years of inactivity the rides at Conneaut Lake Park are once again in operation. The park opens today for the summer along with its Kiddieland and 9 adult rides. Rides open include the new Skydiver, Tilt-A-Whirl, Flying Scooters, Paratrooper, Tumble Bug, Bumper cars, Devil's Den, Witch’s Stew, Trabant and the Carousel. There's a lot planned this weekend at the park with live music at the Beach Club and on the lawn, Classic Iron's Do-Wopp Cruise-In each afternoon and a beach volleyball tournament on Sunday.
