Thanks for the heads up. I knew the next season of the show started this month but kept forgetting to check the A&E website. Looks like it should be an awesome show judging by the preview clip.

Don't know about anyone else, but I found it to be a rather big disappointment. The plus side is that it did get some free press for the Hotel.

I still believe....

Me too I am an little dissaponted with show last night 12/23/2009. It was not long enough. and they must have cut some stuf out.

It should really be looked at from a marketing point of view. Hotel Conneaut is best known for Elizabeth, and what that show did was say that all the research states she, or the little boy or butcher, never died there, which then takes away the evil connotations associated with harmful spirits. What it also says is that if you are a believer and you see how the stories bring about "activity," then come on by, its a friendly and warm experience. So effectively, the show made it less "haunted" and more idealistic. Now I'm not one to go after anyone's beliefs dealing with the afterlife, but I think they did exactly what the show was meant to do, put themselves on the map to bring in more customers and then everyone in the area makes more money, not just the Hotel or the park. People come from all over to find places like this, and it will generate the revenue needed. Why? well, you have to go thru the park, and if someone is visiting, then they will visit the park as well, and if tehy visit the park, they will bet hungry or thirsty or they will see a cool ride they remember from their childhood, and they will spend money. That's the ulitmate goal, to get people to spend money!
