Is the board leasing Camperland to anyone? Probably posted here, but wondered what the current status is....

If I remember right Camperland is still under control of the Board of Trustees, I don't remember reading or hearing that it had been leased out to anyone. They have a very loyal bunch of seasonal renters that do improvements to it. Jimmyt and I rehabbed one of the bathroom/shower facilities this past May. There is more that needs done, but it is definitely has potential and is a money maker for the Park. I haven't heard any numbers, but it was quite busy all summer long so they must have made a few bucks.

Thanks, Cappy. I have a friend who was considering the possibility of leasing it.

Like Cappy said, the board ran Camperland, but they are still seeking someone to lease it according to their website...

Thanks JimmyT. I knew they still had it on the "developers site", but thought I'd ask just in case the status changed. I'll let my friend know they're still looking.
